DaltonLens

A desktop utility for windows/mac/linux that will (upon pressing a hotkey) show color information of the pixel below the pointer, capture a screen area and apply a range of color filters to it.

It also has a tool to highlight pixels with similar colors to the chosen color, which is useful for reading color-coded charts and plots.
