Primary Color

A given Trichromatic (3D) Color Space, is defined by three Primary Colors, such that every color in the Color Space can be defined as a mixture of those three Primaries. RGB Color Spaces are defined by their Red Green and Blue Primaries. CMY Color Spaces are defined by their Cyan, Magenta and Yellow Primaries.
