Uniform Color Space
A Color Space like CIELUV or CIELAB, where the perceived difference between two colors is proportional to their distance in cartesian space, i.e. their distance on the Chromaticity Diagram. The figure shows that the CIEXYZ Color Space is definitely not perceptually uniform, i.e. is not a Uniform Color Space.
